Sales Advisor (running/triathlon), The Triathlon Shop - Harbourside, Bristol
The Triathlon Shop, the fastest growing triathlon retailer in the UK is looking for a passionate bike sales representative to join the team.
On the shop floor, successful candidates will be required to:
- Share their passion for sport with our ever-growing customer base
- Provide advice and experience especially to our strong female client base
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with running and triathlon enthusiasts
- Develop product knowledge across a variety of our hand picked brands
- Display excellent time management and organisational skills
- Have pride in the appearance of the store
- Show willingness to work in other areas of the store such as cycling and swimming
When selling, our sales advisors are required to:
- Understand customer needs Identify the right products for the customer
- Provide exceptional analysis and diagnostic skills
- Display excellent sales skills
- Record information onto our database correctly
- Maintain good communications with customers at all times

- Provide excellent advice from experience, especially to our strong female client base.

- Size a customer accurately
- Display excellent sales skills
- Record information onto our database correctly
- Maintain good communications with customers at all times

Bicycle Mechanic, The Triathlon Shop - Harbourside, Bristol
The Triathlon Shop, the fastest growing triathlon retailer in the UK is looking for a passionate bike mechanic to join the team.
Successful candidates will be required to:
- Share their passion for cycling with our ever-growing customer base
- Be qualified to Cytech Level 2 - or above
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with cycling and triathlon enthusiasts
- Develop product knowledge across a variety of our hand picked brands
- Display excellent time management and organisational skills
- Have pride in the appearance of the workshop area and show superb care for customers bikes
- Show willingness to work in other areas of the store such as running and swimming
- Have experience of working on a range of bikes - we stock road, hybrid, cyclocross, mountain, time trial etc so the ability to work on all would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Di2 - though training will be given, a working knowledge would be an advantage
When working on bikes our mechanics must be able to;
- Understand customer needs Identify the right products for the customer
- Communicate needs - explain clearly what work is required and any associated costs
- Display excellent attention to detail
- Record information onto our database correctly

We are looking for enthusiastic weekend staff to join our team working across the swim, cycling and running departments.
